NO 2 SIMPLEX KETTLE: Solid Copper Kettle, with a thick mirror chrome over copper and a nickel plated interior, suitable for gas or electric hot plate use (not halogen or induction). 1.7 Litre capacity, solid brass fixings, ebonised beech handles, whistles on boiling. (A more hardwearing finish requiring little maintenance.)

NO 3 SIMPLEX KETTLE: High gloss finish solid copper kettle with a specially designed heat retaining base coil which can reduce boiling times up to 25% compared with an ordinary flat bottomed kettle, suitable for gas only. 1.7 Litre capacity. Pure tin lining, solid brass fixings, ebonised beech handles, whistles on boiling, a beautiful warm enchantment for any kitchen. (Will require regular polishing)
